PLEASE NOTE: Final numbers are required 48/hours prior to the conference, we will cater for that number and charge accordingly. Our Kitchen is neither Kosher nor Halal, however special meal requirements can be catered for. These may incur an additional fee. Please make your enquiry with the motel manager.

Our Conference Room consist of tables & chairs, set up as requested, white board and white board markers.

*Morning tea @ K12.00 PP - Assorted Sandwiches. biscuits, muffins with tea & coffee
*Lunch @ K40 PP- Order from our lunch menu with 1x can of Drink.
*Afternoon Tea @ K12.00 Assorted Sandwiches, biscuits, muffins with tea & coffee
*projector hire @ K250 Per Day.

 Additional K100.00 in cash is collected as key deposit upon check in and is refundable at the conclusion of your conference.

 Day use rooms available in either Standard Room or Budget Room only.

Check out according to room /facilities./The condition of the room or facility may incur a penalty charges.
 Check in time is 2 pm (Early check is  available depending on room status.)
 Check out time is 10am (Late checkout will be charged - please enquire at reception.)

POLICIES
A room is not guaranteed unless payment is received in advance by direct deposit or company PO.
Proof of payment must be email or faxed to us prior to checking in
CANCELLATION
24 hrs notice must be received by the motel for cancellations or you will be charge for 1 nights’ accommodation
NON ARRIVAL
If you have confirmed by direct deposit or company PO, but do not show on the day of your booking, one nights accommodation will be charged.
CHECK IN/OUT
Check in time - 1400hrs
Check out time - 1000hrs
Note: If you are checking out late, please advise the front office or you will be charged for day use.
